High-end ultrasonic flaw detection device "Explorer Series" demo now available!

A must-see for those who have given up on ultrasonic testing due to complex surface shapes! We are offering a collection of case studies on testing conducted from surfaces with weld beads and distortions.

The Explorer series, which is an ultrasonic testing device, is a high-end product that is compact, lightweight, and capable of high-speed data transfer, making it suitable for testing in various environments. Additionally, the actual surfaces, such as energy storage tanks and the main wings (CFRP) of aircraft using composite materials, can be diverse and challenging for testing. The Adaptive TFM technology addresses these concerns. The main feature of our product is its use of Adaptive TFM in conjunction with Prelude 5.0, a dedicated software from TPAC, allowing for real-time measurement and correction of the distance and shape from the array probe to the surface using gel wedges, regardless of surface shape, and enabling high-speed computational processing for obtaining testing images. **Features** - Dimensions: 200×130×43mm, weight: under 1.7kg (can be mounted on robots) - Capable of testing without being dependent on surface shape - No need for complex probe position control mechanisms - High-speed data transfer of up to 100MB/S *Please check the catalog download for case studies.* *Videos are also available on our website.*
